(Health) We offer a replacement guarantee
on our puppies up to 24 months of age. If the puppy develops a terminal health problem due to any genetic factor, we will
replace it with another puppy of mutual choice, same sex, and equal value as quickly as possible, provided that all conditions
below are met and kept by the buyer. This guarantee does not cover common puppy ailments such as internal parasites, vitamin
deficiencies, etc.
(Hips) All puppies are guaranteed to
pass O.F.A. certification, and against degenerative joint disease (DJD) up to 24 months of age. Females cannot
be bred until 24 months of age.
We also reserve the right to have the puppy examined by a
vet at the buyer's expense. In either case (Health/Hips), the puppy must be neutered or spayed at the owner's expense prior
to being replaced.
The buyer must provide routine veterinary care for this puppy,
including all shots, routine worm checks, and to provide records of such, should I have to replace this puppy. This contract
will be VOID if the buyer fails to provide pet care, or if this puppy is sold, transferred, or injured by accident or neglect.
THERE IS NO CASH REFUND.
